1. Eligibility for Free Shipping:
  • Orders with a total value of EGP 4,999 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Orders below this amount are subject to standard delivery fees as shown at checkout.
2. Coverage Area:
  • Free shipping is available for eligible orders delivered to major cities in Egypt.
  • For remote or out-of-service areas, additional delivery charges may apply based on the courier’s coverage zone.
3. Delivery Time:
  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • During sale periods or high order volumes, delivery times may take slightly longer.
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
4. Exclusions:
  • Free shipping does not apply to large home appliances or oversized items that require special handling.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international shipments or deliveries outside Egypt.
5. Changes & Cancellations:
  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
  • If you cancel an order that included free shipping and the remaining total falls below EGP 4,999, standard delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
7. Combined Promotions:
  • Free shipping cannot be combined with certain promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.
