The appliance uses Woodfire Technology, which infuses food with smoky flavors by burning 100% natural hardwood pellets. These pellets are used only to create smoke flavor rather than as a heat source, allowing efficient pellet usage while maintaining consistent cooking performance.
This outdoor grill offers seven cooking functions, including Grill, Smoker, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, and Dehydrate. The grill can reach temperatures up to 260 °C, enabling high-heat searing for meats, vegetables, and seafood while also supporting low-and-slow smoking for foods such as ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. Heating elements combined with a convection fan circulate heat and smoke around the food for even cooking results.
The grill plate measures approximately 28 cm × 37 cm and can accommodate up to eight burgers, sixteen sausages, two racks of ribs, or a large pork shoulder, making it suitable for family meals or small gatherings. The included air frying basket can cook approximately 1 kg of wings or 1.5 kg of hand-cut wedges.
